September, 2005
On behalf of the parishioners of Our Lady Queen of Apostles RC Church, Cheddar, I should like to say a big thank you to you for giving us the opportunity to raise much-needed funds for our church, by providing the tea and cakes at your recent open day. Our ladies really worked hard but thoroughly enjoyed the day and the money raised was much appreciated. We should also be grateful if you would kindly pass on our thanks to the person who owned the field opposite your house and allowed us all to park our cars there. It was such a kind gesture, which enabled so many visitors to enjoy themselves in your garden, contributing to so many good local causes.
