DIRECTIONS TO WAVERING DOWN HOUSE

ON THE A38 (from Bristol)

Go straight on after the Sidcot/Winscombe traffic lights and head towards Taunton and the M5.
As you come down the hill (watch out for the speed camera – it’s 40mph here!), turn right at the New Inn pub into the village of Cross. Go past the White Hart pub and carry straight on.
Follow Old Coach Road round to the left at the signpost pointing to Weare. A car park for Open Days is situated 500 yards on the right over the bridge.
Walk back to the signpost and turn left into Webbington Road. Go past the village hall on your left and Wavering Down House can be found on the right-hand side of the bend.

FROM THE M5

Come off at Junction 22. At the roundabout with the A38, take the third exit back towards Bristol.
Stay on the A38. At the next roundabout, take the second exit and head towards Bristol, still on the A38.
Follow the road for about 5 miles and look for The Lamb pub on the left. Take the next left into Old Coach Road, signposted to Cross. Look out for the Open Days car park on the left-hand side before coming into the village.
Turn left out of the car park and walk to the end of Old Coach Road. At the signpost, turn left into Webbington Road. Go past the village hall on your left and Wavering Down House can be found on the right-hand side of the bend.
